Own the full club standard, lead the team and drive Liverpool forward commercially and operationally.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the club, including standards, people, reporting and performance.
• Own the member experience on the floor and make sure the club feels right from open to close.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, rotas, performance and development across the wider team.
• Drive commercial results across memberships, secondary spend and overall club performance.
• Handle issues quickly, keep standards high and lead from the front in a fast-moving environment.

Be the manager on shift, keep the club running properly and make sure standards stay high across the floor.

• Take responsibility for the club during your shift across member service, operations and presentation.
• Support the wider management team with floor presence, team standards and issue resolution.
• Keep key areas running smoothly, including front desk, retail, locker rooms and training spaces.
• Respond quickly to maintenance, safety or service issues and escalate where needed.
• Set the tone on shift through energy, judgement and attention to detail.

Be visible, warm and switched on. Help members feel looked after from the moment they arrive.

• Deliver a strong member experience on the desk and on the floor.
• Welcome new members, answer questions and help keep the club easy to use.
• Support club events, member engagement and the wider club feel in each location.
• Notice issues early and help solve them before they affect the room.
• Represent XF through professionalism, energy and care for detail.

Help keep XF looking and feeling the way it should, every day.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the club, including gym floor, locker rooms and shared spaces.
• Restock consumables and report any damage, maintenance or presentation issues.
• Keep recovery, tanning and member-facing areas clean, safe and ready to use.
• Work efficiently and consistently so the club feels looked after at all times.
