How we train at XF
A few simple standards so everyone can train hard, feel comfortable and get the most out of the club.
Respect the floor
Wipe down kit after use, re-rack your weights and leave each space as you'd want to find it. If something needs attention, let the team know so we can fix it fast.
Share the space
During busy times, please work in and keep rest periods tight so more members can use the equipment. Don't reserve multiple stations at once.
Phones, filming & content
Quick training clips are fine, provided you respect other members' privacy and don't block walkways or kit. Tripods and commercial shoots must be agreed in advance with the club team.
What to wear
Wear suitable training kit and clean footwear. For hygiene reasons, please always use a towel on benches and in the saunas.
Sauna & recovery areas
Keep voices low, no phones on loud and always sit on a towel. Follow staff guidance on session lengths and hydration.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour, harassment or discrimination of any kind. Members who do not respect this may have their membership suspended or cancelled.
