After the
shift.
Open 05:00 to 23:00 on weekdays, 06:00 to 20:00 at weekends. Strength, classes, Reformer and a sauna on one membership, at 20% off for NHS, police, fire and rescue and forces.
Join online at Manchester and Liverpool. At Merry Hill, join in club and the Crew run the check with you. New to training? Book a tour and the Crew will show you round.
Three things
to know.
20% off every tier, no joining fee. Premium, any hour, is £30.38 instead of £37.97.
Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday 06:00 to 20:00. Not 24 hours. Same at all three clubs.
GoCertify checks you are in an eligible group. What you send goes to them, not to us. We keep only the result, your group, the date and their reference.
Early, late
or nights.
Premium and Ultimate let you in at any hour we are open. A 05:30 session before an early works. So does 21:00 after a late. Off a night shift? We are open from 05:00 on weekdays and 06:00 at weekends.
Club is weekdays 09:00 to 15:00, out by 17:00, and any opening hour at weekends. It suits days off, not a shift pattern.
We close at 23:00 on weekdays and 20:00 at weekends. Finish later than that and the session is the morning after.
Then the
sauna.
Finnish and Himalayan sauna, included on every tier at the times your membership allows. Heat after twelve hours on your feet.
On Premium and Ultimate that is 06:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 19:00 at weekends: it opens an hour after we do and closes an hour before we close.
Massage beds and tanning come on Premium and Ultimate credits: 8 or 16 sessions a month.
Book when
you know.
Classes open for booking 5 days ahead on Premium and 10 days ahead on Ultimate, so you book once your week is settled.
Premium gives you 30 class credits a month to book classes with, plus 5 Reformer Pilates sessions on the Reformer machines. Ultimate gives you 100 and 10. They reset each month and do not roll over.
The Reformer studio is at Manchester and Liverpool.
Who the
rate is for.
- NHS staff, such as nurses, doctors and paramedics, and other healthcare workers
- The armed forces
- The police
- Fire and rescue
GoCertify decide who is in each group, and the groups are listed on the join page. Not sure, for example in a care role or police staff? Try the check. If you do not pass, you can still join at the standard price.
About a minute,
on your phone.
GoCertify is the company we use to check eligibility. Online, the check runs on our join page. Pick your membership, then GoCertify check you by mobile number, so have your phone to hand.
What you enter or upload goes to GoCertify, not to XF. We receive whether you passed, which group, the date and their reference, and we never see your documents. How we handle your data
In club, the Crew open the same check on a phone and you complete it there. The rate lasts 12 months. We email you before it ends so you can check again. If you do not, your fee goes back to the standard price from your next payment after that date, and we tell you by email before we take it.
What it
costs.
20% off the standard monthly fee on every tier, with no joining fee, at Manchester, Liverpool and Merry Hill. The rate cannot be combined with any other offer, code or credit. Most key workers will want Premium for any-hour access.
